Print to PDF in Ubuntu

Just install cups-pdf, then add a Postscript printer using the Gnome printing dialog. The printer turns your current document into a PDF and places it into a folder called "PDF" in your home directory. While outlined specifically for Ubuntu, the process is extensible to any flavor of Linux.
